Field-Service GPS Tracking App

A Flutter app for a field-service team. Staff take service requests, work through job steps and file claims, while the app records their route in the background. I'm the main developer.

What I built
- Background location in a foreground service that survives Doze mode and phone makers killing apps, with a watchdog, heartbeat and exit-reason logging.
- Moving and stopped detection from GPS plus activity recognition, and accuracy filtering of GPS points.
- Routes snapped to roads with a self-hosted OSRM server, and gaps in the GPS trail filled by routing.
- Offline-first data with Isar and Riverpod, synced when the network comes back.
- Firebase Messaging, Crashlytics and Analytics, and a location disclosure for Google Play policy.
- Native Kotlin code where Flutter plugins weren't enough; performance work such as decoding images off the main thread.
