A fork of Google's TestDPC sample app, set up as device owner to lock a research phone down to a few approved apps. I maintain the fork.

What I built

Device-owner setup over adb, scripted end to end so a replacement phone can be provisioned quickly.
Lock task (kiosk) mode for one to five apps, with a password-protected exit that restores the device's policies.
User restrictions, hidden and suspended packages, and lock-screen and network policies.
Build fixes so the upstream project compiles, and a fixed signing key so updates install in place.
Tested on Android 16.
